Led the migration of applications and infrastructure between data centers, technological updates, disaster recovery plans, and data center maintenance. I coordinated the construction of productive and non-productive environments and led critical infrastructure reinforcement campaigns during key operational periods such as annual declarations. I collaborated closely with SAT providers, technical support, operations, and business units to ensure goal achievement. I designed and implemented operational and administrative KPIs and dashboards, and supported contract management and procurement processes.

I established the project office for the Enterprise Systems business unit, overseeing a team of 10 Project Managers and consultants. As head of the processes area, I defined business processes for the Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2009 GRP vertical targeting the government sector. Additionally, I managed training and continuous improvement projects. My responsibilities included overseeing development requirements, changes, issues, version documentation, and progress reports. I also led the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2009 GRP ERP for government and private accounts using the Sure Step methodology.
